After long last, we've finally replaced our old website.

Like the cobbler whose children go shoeless, we hadn't gotten around to giving our website a facelift since 2003 — and we hadn't added any new content to it since late 2005. The old site was okay as far as it went, but we decided to upgrade the technology and content now for a variety of reasons:

• We finished a number of projects on the excellent open-source Content Management System Drupal, and wanted to showcase that experience in a practical way;
• The last few years of interesting projects weren't described on the site at all, so we hoped the redesign would motivate us to update the content;
• We purchased the ideograph.com domain, and figured as long as we were updating our business cards we might as well give the homestead a fresh coat of paint too; and finally
• We occasionally have the urge to share our development experience with the community, and wanted a platform on which we could easily post stories and receive feedback.

So here you have it, a new look and a new engine just in time for 2009, our sixth year of business.
